Description

Forged from a single piece of high carbon steel, this blade features a twisted handle, brute de forge finish, and heavy convex grind for chopping. It can be lifted for individual slicing cuts but performs best when rolled back and forth across the curved arc of its blade to make short work of herbs and leafy vegetables. Blade measures approximately 4 inches across.

This product is finished with a food-safe oil.
